The Website performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following ways:

  • Through data voluntarily entered into forms, which is then input into the Operator’s systems.

2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

  • Log-in and personal data entry areas are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal and login data entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
  • Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the Operator in possession of the key can read it. This protects the data in the event of the database being stolen from the server.
  • The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  • The Operator regularly performs backup copies to protect the data.

The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of the operator: inna firma (another company).

The hosting company keeps server-level logs to ensure technical reliability. The following may be recorded:

  • Resources specified by a URL identifier (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
  • Time of the request arrival,
  • Time of sending the response,
  • Name of the client station – identification performed by the HTTP protocol,
  • Information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction,
  • The URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – in case the access to the Website was via a link,
  • Information about the user’s browser,
  • Information about the IP address,
  • Diagnostic information related to the process of self-ordering services through recorders on the site,
  • Information related to the handling of electronic mail directed to the Operator and sent by the Operator.

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on Data Usage

  • In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if this is necessary to perform the agreement concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This concerns such groups of recipients:
    • Hosting company under the principle of entrusting
    • Banks
    • Public authorities
    • Companies providing marketing services for the Administrator
  • Your personal data is processed by the Administrator for no longer than is necessary to perform related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g., on accounting). For marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

    • Restriction of processing,
    • And data portability.
  • You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.2 concerning the processing of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the legally legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling. However, the right to object may not be executed if there are important, legally legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular for establishing, pursuing, or defending claims.
  • You have the right to lodge a complaint against the Administrator’s actions to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  • Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the Website’s operation.
  • Actions may be taken against you involving automated decision-making, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services under the concluded agreement and for the Administrator to conduct direct marketing.
  • Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means we do not send it outside the European Union.

  • The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.
  • The Website may save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).

7. Important Marketing Techniques

  • The Operator uses statistical traffic analysis on the site through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymized information. The service relies on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. Regarding information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information resulting from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
  • The Operator uses remarketing techniques, allowing for the adjustment of advertising messages to the user’s behavior on the site, which may give the illusion that the user’s personal data is used for tracking, but in practice, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to the advertising operators. The technological condition for such actions is enabled cookie support.
  • The Operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology makes the Facebook service (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) aware that a person registered with it is using the Website. In this case, it relies on data for which it is the administrator itself; the Operator does not transfer any additional personal data to Facebook. The service relies on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.

This information is anonymized before being sent to the service operator so that they do not know which natural person it concerns.
